Electronic Portfolio Overview
Overviews what an E-Portfolio is and how it is implemented in the Teacher Licensure process.

Step 1. Setting Up Your Computer Accounts
Setting up your eID account, the CAHS (S:) drive, your personal (M:) drive and the (W:) drive.

Step 2. Downloading the E-Portfolio
This set of instructions will show you how to create your personal folder on the (S:) drive
and download a copy of the E-Portfolio template to the (S:) drive.

Step 3. Editing Personal Information in the E-Portfolio
Editing your personal information in the E-Portfolio using Dreamweaver.

Step 4. Adding Artifacts to your E-Portfolio
Convert your artifacts into PDF's. Name your PDF's and insert them into your E-Portfolio.

Step 5. Creating a Back-Up E-Portfolio
Make a back-up copy of your E-Portfolio on your (M:) drive.

Step 6. Adding Content Area to your E-Portfolio
Add your Content Area to your E-Portfolio.

Step 7. Adding Links to your E-Portfolio
Create basic links, E-mail links and a "rollout" link for your E-Portfolio navigational menu.

Step 8. Editing Templates
Working with and editing templates for your E-Portfolio. Create new Web pages from templates.

Step 9. Creating and Adding Pictures to your E-Portfolio
Update the look and feel of your E-Portfolio with new images using Adobe Photoshop.

Step 10. Publishing the E-Portfolio
Publish your E-Portfolio to the (W:) drive.
